Using our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data (such as name, address or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis. a) When visiting the website

For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. A valid email address is required so that we know who sent the request and can respond to it. Further details may be provided voluntarily.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place in accordance with Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily granted consent. The personal data we collect for the use of the contact form is automatically deleted once your request has been processed.

4. Disclosure of data

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only share your personal data with third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR, 
  • disclosure is necessary in accordance with Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data, 
  • where there is a legal obligation for disclosure under Art. 6(1) lit. c GDPR, and
  • this is legally permissible and required under Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR for the performance of contractual relationships with you.
